Attached is the signed contract as well as our text conversation regarding the discount offered ($150/day) and everything past thatIn the text I reference the gate costs at$and $when they were actually $and $once I looked at the quote so my numbers were a bit off in the texts but
from what I had said in my statement to you guys was all accurate
In the original quote I was having him build a staircase off my balcony to my back yard as well as an 80ft section of fence in the back on my yardI let him know that the apartment that shares that property line may be paying for that section of fence and if so I wouldn't need him to do it, that is why the contract has the stipulation for linear foot changesThe apartment did end up paying for that part of the fence so I didn't need him to do it so the first quote was much more then what was actually doneIn total they installed 123ft of fence that I was to pay for (half of one side was split already on my neighbours quote), the double gate, the second gate I did myself this weekend and the posts are still not capped, as well as cracked boards are not replaced
If you need anything else please let me know
Thank you,

Hi [redacted],Not sure if you received my phone message yesterday but basically I am willing to compensate the home owner for delay charges. Any lien on the property must be confirmed and forwarded to me and I will have the matter resolved within 5 business days. If I have to put the said amount in trust to remove the lien and take the subcontractor to small claims court I am willing to do so. Thank you Regards, Mathew JapuncicCEO & Client Consultant
