JC Ultimate Property Management

This company is the most terrible our community has ever dealt with.

They have monthly meetings that they have that states it starts at 6:30. it does not really start until 8:30 since they have a 2 hour meeting beforehand with just the Board members. The place is not well maintained, trash everywhere. Security comes by at around 9pm and drives 70 mph in the complex. One day I could not get in my complex since the gate code was broken. my remote for the gate was temporarily broken and just needed one day to fix. A guy named Chris still did not let me in my complex and did not help at all. He told me to wait for another owner to get in, then sneak behind to get in my complex. Great solution for a great company.

I've seen what other property management co. do in the O.C. I have gotten upset with HOA RULES myself. This company does take a lot of crap from home owners who do not like the rules you have to follow. These people are very professional, with a lot of patience. After reviewing the *** reviews it is obvious that these are people that follow in that category of people who can't follow rules. I do like this company and thanks to them the HOA is still running smooth and looking great.
