Jenny's tailor lost 3 of my sister's dresses and refuses to pay any money including the non existent alterations because the dresses were lost. The dresses were bought several years ago and the original receipts cannot be found. Contacted them several times and refuse to pay. Says hey we're picked up when we still have the ticket.Product_Or_Service: Alterations Desired Settlement$68 for alterations (written on ticket) and at least $100 total for all 3 dresses and shipping costs to get the dresses back to California since my sister was unable to pick them up while home visiting because the dresses were lost.
