[redacted] and his project teams at Confident Coatings are OUTSTANDING to work with. First of all, [redacted] himself comes to homes to bid projects, to help with color selection, and to check on the progress of work throughout the project and even after the project is completed. And the stucco and painting work that Confident Coatings performed on my home is fantastic--truly high-quality craftsmanship. Of all of the contractors that I have hired in 6 years of owning my home, [redacted] and Confident Coatings have been the BEST-- in terms of quality of work, cleaning up the job site, and following up for customer satisfaction after the work is completed.

I went online to pay my bill today and found 3 charges on my account. Two of the charges did not appear to be mine so I contacted JCPenney directly. The two charges showing were actually my returns made to the store. These two amounts did not appear to be credits yet charges and when I asked customer service
about this they stated that they "round up pending transactions". I believe this is fraudulent on their part to not reflect accurate amounts as stated on the return slips as well as not showing that the amounts indeed were credits. In addition, JC Penney stated it would take anywhere from 24-48 hrs to appear as credits to the account.

We recently had Confident Coatings paint our home exterior, and we recommend them highly. We got superior work for a great price. Patrick [redacted], the owner, is professional, knowledgable, and friendly. From the estimate to final cleanup, we had great communication and excellent work with great attention to detail. We are very happy with the results and would hire them again.

We recently hired Confident Coatings by [redacted] to do stucco repair and apply Elastomeric Coating to our entire house, plus paint all of the wood trim. We couldn't be happier with the result, or their workmanship! They did a very professional job, completed the work ahead of schedule, and left our property in tip-top shape. Patrick [redacted] was on-site every day, and just a phone call away when not at the house. Carlos and Ramone, who did the actual labor, were fantastic! They were professional, personable and extremely hard-working. They went out of their way to make sure we were not inconvenienced during the project, and showed great respect for our property. We highly recommend this company should you ever need exterior painting, stucco repair or Elastomeric coating. We believe they are one of the best companies out there.
