Seeing as I've been in business for over 40 years I'm very surprised to have received this complaint. This specific bridesmaid lives in North Carolina so she sent her measurements into us via another woman from the bridesmaid party. According to the measurements given the size sent to her was the...

correct size. Our store policy for over 40 years has been no refunds especially on special order dresses. I always advise the out of state bridesmaids to go to a qualified seamstress or tailor in their area to be properly measured. With the time frame given until the wedding, I unfortunately would not be able to order a new dress and have it get to her on time. What I would be able to do to rectify this situation is send a check for what my seamstress would charge for the type of alterations she would need. An estimated cost of $80. As for the quality of the dress, we have never had an issue nor complaint questioning the quality of the material. We have carried these same companies for years and we always order directly through these companies. I apologize for any inconvenience this situation has caused.
