I contacted John to take a look at a few problems that a home inspector pointed out I was trying to get as much fixed as possible before the next inspector came through I had an idea of how to tackle most of the issues, but wanted to be sure that they were done correctlyJohn was great! He told me how I could fix the issues myself (trusted that I had the skills to do the fixes) He didn't ask for any payment other than a good firm handshake and a "thank you" I was able to do the fixes myself and save quite a bit of money

John can usually fix my air or heat without having to replace something and this saves me so much money. When he does have to replace something it is very reasonable.
