I bought a [redacted] from him, first he was asking him at his shop(finally figure it out that he doesn't own any shop, He gave me the unit in a corner plaza on Kennedy and Highway , after installation unit had so many issues so I Asked for exchange and he charged me for exchange unit as well and told me he will fix the first unit with manufacture and return back my moneyThe second unit had the same issues and at the end he didn't pick up the phone any more!!! Purchased a Car audio system via *** for my vehicle. Purchased the unit based on a photo and item description. The unit received was not the one pictured in the ad. I emailed business twice asking for refund but go no answer. Called and was put on hold and eventually hung up on. Emailed again and still received no answer.
Tried to install the stereo and found that it is defective-it keeps blowing fuses. Took it to a car stereo shop and was told the unit has an electrical defect (short) inside it.
I will accept replacement of the unit for the original as shown in the ad or a refund if original unit is not available.
I purchased a radio from this guy that online look like everything I wanted and when it came to the house it wasn't even close to the picture that he had online for it I called him to tell him he sent the wrong radio and he said too bad that's what you get this guy *** $660 from me

I bought a *** deck with Nav and back up cam for $540.00. When it arrived it did not work. After many calls to try and resolve this issue, I was told to send it back for a replacement. I sent it back and it was delivered by Canada Post in Sept 2017. After many attempts from me and Canada Post he has claimed it was never received and refuses to replace the deck or return the money. Can you assist in getting the money refunded? Please advise.
Full refund of the $540.00 paid to them.
