JC Auto Collision

I took my car to the auto repair shop after a horrid accident. My car was severely damaged on the back near the gas tank and the passenger side. JC had someone who was not qualified attempt to repair my vehicle. 2 weeks later JCs daughter called and told me to pick up my car, she stated the repairs were completed. I went to pick up my car and it was filthy and had additional damage and it did not appear to have been repaired. I contacted JC, he agreed to see me but when I went he was not there another person at the shop told me the person that attempted to repair my car had to leave ASAP and return to Ohio. This has nothing to do with the damage and non repair of my car. This was an attempt to give me the run around. No proper repairs were done, damaged parts were reused. My car is not safe to drive and I want the entire amount my insurance company gave to JC returned to me and additional funds since I have an estimate showing the cost to repair my car properly. All of my original complaints after this horrific repair job have only gotten worse, the paint if peeling off my car, this is merely the visible damage the internal damage is far worse. JC,s improper repairs have devalued my 2017 vehicle, my warranty with Toyota is now void. My car does not feel safe to drive.
