Second, as a courtesy to customer offer of exchange less the restocking fee and redelivery fee was made.
Third, customer desires a solution of exchanging the purchased appliance for another appliance in the store for no additional cost.
As a final offer as a company we are willing to allow customer to use exchange credit of $300 toward appliance, restocking fee, and delivery fee.
