The work he is talking about is extra work above and beyond the scope of the contractI just plain and simply haven't had the time to do this small extra job as we got so unbelievably busy this yearI have ordered the oak base and will install late this week or sometime next weekThey were great

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.     The 8 foot half wall behind the desk is missing the oak trim and is part of the contract. The base in the door way between desk area and sun porch is missing and is part of the contract. Base trim on North wall of the sun porch where contractor changed doorway is part of contract. Flat stock to cover ripped up linoleum should be part of contract. The base  on the East, West, and South walls of the sun porch that the contractor talked me into replacing to match the North wall is not part of the contract I will be satisfied with the response iif it comes to pass
