I have been in touch with Mr*** and have fully explained that I can do a refund/cancellation of contract but their are fees associated with said cancellationDue to weather and the death of my mother, both unexpected and uncontrollable circumstances the expected start date was
extendedNow with this being said the initial amount down wasn't sufficient to purchased the material and I informed Mr*** of this when picking up IdIeposit check.Now I always try to help home owners when they express aproblem Mr *** stated he didn't quit have that much needed at thet im ee so I accepted the amount and acquired material when there was still needed to complete the required amount downI have been on cont
