JBK Landscaping has a contract to remove leaves from the *** South Community three times every fall. JBK has wholly ignored it’s contractual obligations and has not performed leaf removal this fall. JBK’s ignoring its contractual obligations has caused the community to become a leaf and trash infested eyesore, and is negatively affecting home values in the *** South Community.
