There are too many issues, but the latest and biggest problem is that I had him do some customization on the Motorcycle and he removed my gas tank without my knowledge and replaced it with a older tank from a rusty bike in his shop that holds less fuel without my knowledge. Upon returning to the shop I saw my gas tank installed on another Motorcycle frame, I know this because it was pearl white with custom pinstripes and impossible to mistake, I have many pictures. This is just one of many issues that were done. I paid him 25,000.00 for this work and it took 5 1/2 months and I cannot get him to even respond at this point. At no time did I give him authorization to do this and other changes to my Motorcycle.
I want to have the issues with the motorcycle corrected to match the original request. I will not allow him to touch my Motorcycle, so I want to have it done by a reputable shop. I have no trust or faith in this shop at this time and believe he would do something to cause me more problems.
