We rented an apartment with this company and I would certainly not recommend doing so to anyone else. Over the course of our rental, there were several issues that were never resolved. The dryers in the laundry room are barely functional and required 3-4 cycles no matter the load size. Any time the power goes out, something in the mechanical room beeps every few seconds. At one point, this went on for a month straight. When we moved out we replaced blinds, cleaned, etc and were still charged fees out of out deposit. The "maintenance" line is a joke. You can leave as many messages as you want, but you won't get a call back. It took sending letters through certified mail to even get a response. They will be responsive before you move in, but once you sign the lease forget it.

1. The tenants were in the same apartment/building from May 2014 – May 2020…Six (6) years. The tenants received renewals each March asking if they were/were not renewing, and each one came back signed, stating they would be renewing. (the exception being this year) Quite a long tenancy for tenants that have not been happy with their environment.
2. The tenants did indeed recommend people -some of which are current tenants- over their years of tenancy: the proof being they were compensated One Hundred ($100.00) dollars for referrals.
3. There are seven (7) apartments in the building, six (6) which have tenants that have renewed on an average 3-5 years.
4. Management never received any “certified letter” from the tenants.
5. When the tenants moved in, the apartment was move in ready: the proof being that the previous tenants received their security deposit refund in full. Deductions that were taken out of the tenants security deposit, were discounted because of their long tenancy.
6. On two (2) occasions, the police were called because of disturbances in the tenants apartment. On both occasions, the tenants promised that it would not happen again and asked that “if they would please be allowed to stay.”
7. Any maintenance requests that were left by the tenants, were addressed in a timely manner: in fact, on two (2) occasions a manager was asked to go to their apartment as a follow up for the following maintenance issues.
-one was about a “liquid oozing inside their refrigerator:” it turned out to be the tenant’s salad dressing that they spilled and never cleaned up.
-the other was a smell in their in their kitchen: this turned out to be spoiled food that was left out.

Hello,
I know a few people that do/have rented from this company: all are/were very happy. Unfortunately, the person's complaint does not sound credible: a long time in the same apt. and upon move out, this person states that nothing was right?
