J.B. Edward Uniforms

I purchased two pairs of uniform Khaki shorts for my son in January of 2013. My son no longer goes to a school that requires uniforms. I tried to return the unworn shorts (tags still on shorts) to the store with out a receipt at first. They told me they could not refund me with out a receipt. I said I would go home and look for the receipt. I later found the receipt. I returned to the store again on 10/04/2013 with my receipt for my refund. The lady told me should could not credit me and that she could give me a store credit. I cannot use a store credit. My son no longer needs uniforms. No where does it state on the receipt that I recieved that there were no returns allowed. I had recently returned shorts for a differant size at an earlier date.
