Jazz on Lenox

Review: February 2011, the [redacted], I did a reservation on [redacted] for a bed from May the [redacted] to May the [redacted] in Jazz Lenox hostel. I did pay a 26.60 US$ deposit. April 2011, the [redacted], four days before the day I was suppose to arrive in New York City, I received an email from the hostel, telling me my reservation was just canceled, because the NYC Mayor's Task Force has ordered them to temporarily close the hostel. They told me they will give me a refund for the deposit, I just have to contact them. But, then, they never replied my emails. Also, because I had to find another place to sleep, just a few days before arriving to New York, I had to go to a place very far from Manhattan, at a very expensive price. Also, I lost a lot of time because they didn't reply to my 5 emails.Desired Settlement: I would like the Jazz Hostel apologies for not replying my emails, and giving me a refund for the deposit I paid. But also, a compensation for the money I lost because they canceled my reservation.
