Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
[Your Answer Here] Jay's Headphone Repair refused to answer my emails until I threatened him with a complaint to the Revdex.com. Jay had my earphones and money for 6 months but refused to fill the repair order. He did return my earphones and money (minus $20) after I threatened him with the Revdex.com.
In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
[redacted] sent his headphones to me for repairs during a time that I had a backlog in orders. His headphones were not repairable because they required parts that Sony does not sell. I spent several hours searching for parts with no luck. I would have kept them in part searching had he not...
threatened me, accused me of stealing, and also questioned my citizenship which was taken as racial harassment. I informed him that not only was I born in the Untied States but my father and grandfather both risked their lives fighting wars for our country and also one of my ancestors signed the May Flower Contract. I did not prioritize the return and refund process over others that had been waiting because it was not fair to other customers, [redacted]s abusive behavior and threats did not benefit him in any way. His return and refund came up in the proper order and he was mailed a money order refund in the amount of $59. His [redacted] tracking number is: [redacted] originally paid $79 for services. He was given a $5 discount and charged $20 for evaluation, part searching, processing, packing, shipping and postage. I will not provide any future service for [redacted] and reserve the right to deny service because of his threats and racial harassment.
