Jay did an excellent job of repairing my Kenmore Elite freezer icemaker today, my buimicrowave last year, and my buidishwasher last year He responded quickly, is very knowledgeable & comes prepared to solve problems I will most definitely use him again

I had a refrigerator under warranty that stopped working. Jay's worked with me on my schedule and quickly had it working again. He had the parts in stock and with him when he made the service call.
