I’ve been doing this woman’s hair for over yearsI see her every months and the day she came in she told me she wanted to leave her hair longer than normalI asked her if she was sure because I didn’t want her to not like her hair and for her to have to come back and have to get it cut right away againBefore she left I told her to sit back down and I could cut it shorter for her because she usually wants it shorter, she insisted she wanted it longerShe told me she was happy with itShe called me the next morning and she sounded like she had been drinkingShe told me she hated her hair and needed to get it re-cutThis is a Tuesday I told her I could get her in on Friday but she said she had something going on that dayI agreed to let her come on Wednesday but told her I had a lot of appointments that day and that she would have to be squeezed inOn Wednesday she called me at 1:saying she is going to be late I told her I would have to reschedule and she basically cussed me outShe told me she would find someone elseI do not believe she is due a refund because I offered to cut her hair shorter and she said she was happy with it
