King Soopers at [redacted] has been selling rotten sour cream for months in all brands except [redacted]. I have returned over a dozen containers to the store and complained and never gotten a response as to why or that it is being corrected. Today June 11, 2014, I stood at the customer service counter for 15 minutes while the manager on duty and the dairy personnel were repeatedly paged and finally the manager [redacted] came to the counter. I explained the situation to him, that I was returning 2 containers I had purchased at different times in the last 2 weeks. One with an expiration of July 6 and the July 20, both very rotten. I asked him to allow me to open containers until I found one that was good. We first tried a single floor cooler, opened a Kroger brand and smelled rotten. Then we went to the stand up coolers and opened the [redacted], tried 2 of them, both very rotten. The manager [redacted] was not saying much the entire time, just that he didn't really know what sour cream smelled like. These were sickeningly strong rotten smelling. The only things he did say was that as we walked back to the coolers, regarding the issue "it has gotten a little better" and "I will give you one at no charge" I have been buying food that I have had to return to this store almost monthly for the last 7 years. Mostly produce and dairy products.
