Extremely unresponsive and deceitful businessThey were hired by my home warranty company [redacted] to fix a toilet with broken seat and leaking tankThey came and looked at the toilet and promised to call back the next dayThey didn'tI called them over the next days and left several voice messages and no called backWhen I called my home warranty company they reassigned the work to another plumberI called back Jay's plumbing to know why they never replied back to me, they answer this time and were extremely rude, saying that they are not working on this order any more and hung up on meIf I was told they can't or are not willing to fix my toilet, I would have hired someone elseNow I wasted a day off work, made over phone calls and my toilet is still broken one week later

Jay's Plumbing Service never touched a faucet *** is accusing us of, he wasn't there at time of appointment a female was. *** is confused with the appliance company we don't work on dishwashers

There Answer shows you that there lying and thats why they blacked out half of theyre recieptThe faucet they broke was in the master bath, where they removed the scald gard, my wife was there, *** ***, They took it upon themselves to try and unscrew both bathroom faucets, fixed one, broke the otherfinally after one month, they agreed to come and fix it on April 1stKeep in mind , were talking about a $faucet, the morning they were suppose to show up, they called said that they would be there in minutes, then never showed and ive got phone records to prove itThe employee that was suppose to show up called from *** *** ***, then never showedIve never seen or heard of a company to go so far out of theyre way lying repeatedly about a $20-$faucetIf these guys are willing to do this over a less expensive faucet, just think what theyll do to a higher end customerSomething needs to be doneTheyll never step foot in my house again, but consumers need to be warnedThank You and have a good day.

what is it *** ***, were we there for the leaking dishwasher or for what was written on the invoice....as we don't work on appliance'sSo I see your story changed nowthe invoice was clearly not half blacked outwhat was blacked out was the home owners info as you *** *** are renting this propertyopen up ur wallet and pay for what you broke, we will not compensate for something we didn't break, as you said your not high end
