Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted] ReThe contractor did return to address all the patchwork that was on the foundationHe also agreed with me and said the quality was not acceptableHe mentioned his employee was the one that did the previous workThe reason the contractor had to return was the work was done when the sun was very hot in that area causing the concrete to dry to quickly causing cracking both timesI also want to add that the rework was done on 11/16/and that evening the temperatures were below freezingI mentioned taking care of this in the spring but the contractor wanted to do it nowI had reservations because it will not have any time to really cure before being subjected to freezing tempsevery eveningThe major concern is that there is a possibility that it will freeze and eventually break away from the foundationThe cost of the job was $and unfortunately from the beginning when I suggested coming in the afternoon when the sun was not hitting directly on the area involved, my advice was ignored causing premature dryingI.Ean hour after the job was comleted there were large cracks in various placesMy hope is that the parging is still on the foundation when spring arrivesI would also like to thank the Revdex.com for there follow through in making the repairs happen
Response taken over the phone: The consumer called me about mid summer to get a price on re-coating her foundationI quoted her $ She called me soon after to address some cracking, which I repaired free of charge She called twice after thatBoth times I addressed the
is***s Each time I left she was happy with the work When I received the complaint I returned to her house for the last time I did everything she wanted before I left and she was happy with the work This is the last time I will address these is*** without charging for additional work because I am unaware of what chemicals she is using to seal the foundation
