To whom it may concern,Jay J [redacted] owner here at Tire Pros responding to the letter I? received ID# [redacted] what Mr [redacted] stated is mostly correct I’m not going to argue or make any excusesI? was able to get a hold of [redacted] and got him to come into the store to speak with me in person on Wednesday 11/8/we talked about what happened there was some mis-understandingIn no way did we switch his tire with another oneAfter we talked and cleared things up he agreed to purchase one new tire and we agreed to give him a 2nd one at No ChargeMr [redacted] has been a customer of mine for many years, I? have some new very in experienced salesmen in the front counter who handled this un professionally and now have been taught and explained what to do and how to better handle this in the futureI? believe we’ve made things right by Mr [redacted] and hope that he can forgive us and will give us another chance.Best regards,Jay J [redacted]
