This company has been instrumental in helping me elevate my self in every sense. Jay *** and Will *** are men with a wealth of knowledge. I would recommend them to anyone that I believe they could help.
I appreciate the knowledge that Jay and his team has and how the information he provides is at your level. He does not make you feel bad for not knowing. I am happy I found his company and that I can easily use the information and share with others.

I am overall very happy with the Jay *** Academy. I am a student in the Ultimate CEO Program. I got a very good deal and I am very pleased with the Ultimate CEO Program. There are permanent online courses on real estate, business, credit, wholesaling, leadership, wealth building, commercial real estate, and more. In addition, Mr. Jay *** is a great motivation speaker as well. Furthermore, I highly recommend checking out his website and social media websites.
Peace ***,
Thank you for sharing your experience!
I see you've made a lot of progress in the last month. Best of luck with your studies.
I signed up for a coaching program and a paid a portion of the funds for the program. I didnt get the value of the program and they kept my money.
I signed up to get one-on-one coaching from King *** as recommended by a JMA sales associate based on wanting to do more in commerical real estate. After a few calls with King *** over a couple months, I told the sales associate that I was not getting any value of the one-on-one coaching based on where I was at in commercial real estate investing as well as the lack of curriculum (ppt, videos, document bank, commercial real estate support staff outside of ***, etc.) included specifically to commercial real estate investing. He recommended the newly offered commercial real estate investing course that he thought would better based on what I was looking for. After multiple attempts to get the outline for the commercial real estate investing course from the sales associate before signing up, I was finally able to get an outline of the course from a member of TREF. After considering the outline as given by the member of TREF, I decided not to enroll in the commercial investing course given the lack of curriculum/materials given to the students. I contacted JMA multiple times to request a return of my initially payment (was $3,500) towards the one-on-one coaching from ***. I was not contacted regarding this matter. I have been following *** for 5 or 6 years now and I know he knows his stuff. However, the value of the course recommended to me wasn't there and its very unfortunate that my money was kept and I wasn't contacted to resolve the matter.
I am seeking a refund of my initial $3,500 paid for the program.
Peace Family,
We are excited that you decided to invest in your future. It is unfortunate that you did not perceive any value in the coaching and learning resources provided to you as detailed in your contract.
Unfortunately, you didn't have the option to decide not to enroll in the coaching program. You signed a contract agreeing to pay a total of $XX,xxx. You explained your dissatisfaction to the sales person just before you were scheduled to complete your final payment as noted in the contract. He presented a way out of the contract by offering to apply your payment towards a lower cost mentor program. You were not interested in this.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Please see below my messages between JMA support team over the past week. It summarizes my position sufficiently.
Peace ***,
We apologize for the late response. We are experiencing many more inquiries around the holidays.
It is unfortunate that you did not see any benefit from your access to one-on-one conversations with King ***.
I see you opened a Revdex.com complaint the same time as this email.
May I have some more information regarding your request for a refund?
From your email, it seems you used the service you purchased.
You made a down payment towards the access (total cost of the coaching was $15,000) and then after several calls decided not to continue.
Unless I'm missing some information, I wouldn't be able to oblige a refund for a service that was completed as described.

Hi JMA Support team,
I reached out to you all on at least two separate occasions. The Revdex.com wasn't opened until after the final attempt to reach you all.
After requesting more information regarding services through the JMA, I was contacted by Eric, which at that point I let him know that I am getting off into commercial real estate and wanted to look into coaching for such endeavor. He recommended that I sign up for the 1-on-1 coaching with King *** based on my level of experience in real estate largely at the residential level. I paid $3,500 to start and the remaining was to come halfway into the 6 month coaching period.
After 3 calls with King *** over a few months - an introduction call, a second call and a third call which last less than 10 minutes - I wasn't seeing the value of paying 15k for the 1-on-1 coaching based on the lack of curriculum.
I contacted Eric to let him know that I wasn't getting any value from the coaching based on where I was at with things in commercial real estate investing and the videos on the website not being geared toward commercial real estate. He mentioned a commercial course that was 5k and that should be better based on where I was at. After trying to get the curriculum for the class, I found out it was not curriculum just weekly calls with *** as a group for 90 days.
I decided not to enroll in the course and instead request a refund for the $3,500 that I paid toward the initial course. I disagree that the three calls with *** as outlined above is considered completing the course especially given the lack of detail or information in those calls with regards to commercial real estate that I didn't already know. The introductory call was just that - an introduction to each other. The last two calls provided high level information that I already knew with the final call being 7 minutes and consisting of me asking two questions and then *** saying "you good because I have to go to another meeting." Again, I do not considered this as a completion of the coaching.
Regards,
***
Peace ***,
You mentioned a lack of curriculum to go along with the mentoring program. As stated in your contract, you will receive access to the Real Estate Business and Credit course (RBC). It looks like you never accessed this content. It also looks like you have not been utilizing the group mentorship calls.
Unfortunately, you didn't have the option to decide not to enroll in the coaching program. You signed a contract agreeing to pay a total of $15,000. 3 calls over a 3 month period doesn't sound worth what you paid but you did not completely utilize what was offered.
I have attached the contract for your review.

Hi Lasheita,
As stated in my message before, I made it abundantly clear with King Eric that I am getting off into commerical multi family investing, which he assured me the 1-on-1 coaching was the best thing. Giving me additional materials such as Business videos and Credit videos not related to my direct interest hardly satisfies what I signed up for - much less the statement that I did not utilize what I was offered. In other words, the Business videos and Credit videos did not provide any details on finding commerical deals, underwriting commercial deals or funding commerical deals. Further, 90%-95% of the real estate videos (which I did watch some videos) had nothing to do with commerical multifamily real estate investing. Accordingly, having access to the RBC course was useless as it relates to my reasoning for signing up for the 1-on-1 coaching.
To make that point even clearer, if the RBCs would have satisfied my interest, I would have hoped that King Eric would have recommend that to me as that was 14k cheaper than the 1-on-1 coaching. As it relates to the mentorship calls, I did participate in a call, however, the call was talking about flipping properties and wholesaling - again not what I signed up for.
I understand that I signed a contract agreeing to pay $15,000. As I have followed King *** for about 6 years, it appears that he is a person of knowledge, fairness and high character. I would think the fair and right thing to do in this situation is to refund a students funds back if they were recommended a course that they did not receive the expected value for. In other words, I didn't call saying enroll me in this course. I talked to the sales person about what I am looking to do and looking for and he recommended this course as accomplishing what I was looking for - the coaching however did not accomplish this.
The final payment being due had nothing to do with cancelling the coaching. I wasn't going to cancel the coaching after the introductory call or the second call as this was hardly enough time to evaluate the value of the coaching. However, after a third call that did not provide value along with the difficulty of getting questions answered over that time period, I came to the conclusion of this not being the right course for me at this time. If I would have felt that way after the first month then I would have expressed that with Eric then. I strongly considered the lower cost mentor program but it did not provide what I was looking for as stated above. Why would I sign up for a lower course that did not provide what I was looking for just because it was cheaper. That sounds like a waste of time and money on my end.
I am open to a phone call with you if you think that it will be more effective.

Lack of follow through on services.
I recently signed up for the Jay Morrison Academy Jump start program after attending the Corner class in Detroit MI. After registering online I received an email the next day with potential log in information however it did not have a password, I tried to set up my student portal with no access so I called the office and left a a voicemail to have someone assist me ( this all happened between friday July 12 and the 12th) I expected a phone call atleast by Monday afternoon with no response so I reached out to the Jay Morrison group via email through their support team and also called back and even emailed Jays Booking email that was listed on his Instagram since reaching out from the numbers and emails provided on the website had gotten me no luck. I recieved a "rate us" email from the upport an provded a poor rating since my issue was never resolved ans has yet to be. It it now Thursday morning and I have called and emailed a total of 5 times just today, with no one answering the phones or my emails. At this point I want my money refunded. I have yet to hear back from anyone to get my account set up so I can use the services and at this point dont want to. This is very frustrating and is discouraging especially for someone who is very excited and interested in what Mr Morrison presented to the people in Detroit however I now feel this is a scam. Please have my funds returned to me as soon as possible.
Return of funds
Peace ***,
We apologize for such a late response to your complaint and for discouraging your journey.
It appears we were experiencing technical difficulties as the automated emails did not properly invite you to the student portal. In this time, we've launched a new student portal that is better suited to our company's size.
As of today, it looks like you've accessed the new student portal several times. What do you think of the content?
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I have not used the site or any of its content so unfortunately I don't have any feedback in regards to the services you offer. However thank you for finally getting back to me, I would encourage you all to provide a quicker turn around time to potential clients I'm disappointed as I was really interested in being a part of the J *** experience but with this being handled with such little care it' feels disheartening but thank you anyways.
Hello I was searching in the area of real estate and came across his academy. I purchased it about a week ago and was having trouble getting logged in. I called there customer service number to see if they can help me out with my login. They said they would send me a new login but never received it. So I called again to see if I could get a refund because by this time I kept going on the website and they said website down. So by this time I was done with dealing with all this trouble and just wanted my money back. This company doesn't do what they say they will and will run off with your money. Please let me know if you can help me with a refund because they are telling me all sales are final. This is not right, they are taking peoples money and not helping you out. Thanks

when I spoke to a rep in JMA it was strictly about purchasing another rental property. I explained to the rep I already owned 2 properties and was trying to purchase my third without utilizing my funds. After paying the initial $500.00 I spoke with William R and echoed the same message, I'm looking for funding to purchase my next rental home.
Speaking with Will he informed me that they could indeed get me unsecured funding to fund my next project. He insisted they had a team of underwriters who will review my credit report through credit check total and place me with a lender who fits my needs. Non of this happened.
What actually happened is they went to several credit card companies and did an application (I could have done that on my own). I had about 11 or 12 hits in one day to my credit for personal credit cards I have no use for. This is a complete scam!
Will was clear on what I was looking for in financing and he knew what he was doing by not telling me about applying to small lines of credit cards. How is that even possible to purchase rental property, it makes no sense. Who in their right mind would request small limit credit cards to pull off even small cash advances to try and scrape up money for a rental property. And then have 12 to 14 payments every month until they can refinance.
Lastly, Will knew exactly what he was doing and his choice of wording in explaining things over the phone
Product_Or_Service: Ez funding to purchase rental property
Refund I want a full refund of my $500 dollars.
We , the Jay Morrison Academy, apologize for any inconvenience that may have been caused. Please note that we do not push any file through unless clients agree to the term and conditions that they must sign, secondly we inform every single client they the funding is unsecured funding on credit lines (which that is what unsecured funding is revolving credit).
We believe the issue is he just doesn't understand the process as we have had clients buy homes in the past 3 months using the same program.
Our policy states that all sales are finale. We apologize that a refund cannot be issued.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I feel like JMA's EZ Funding is a total scam. I am fully aware of what I was signing up for however I did not know the particulars of what was to happen. Before I agreed to a commitment I fully explained myself to Will R on where I was in the process of purchasing the rental. He ensured me that, with their connections, I would receive funding needed to purchase the property within the 30 day window.
In speaking with the various lenders about Will R and Jay Morrison Academy there is no established relationship. What they do is take someone's information and blast it to several credit card company's in hopes something will stick. If I would have known this was their method of doing things I would have never signed on. I signed on, essentially, to purchase a living relationship that Jay Morrison / EZ Funding had already developed. There is no built relationship.
In speaking with the various financial institutes any credit given is on a credit card and the cash with drawl limits are so low it would make no sense in participating or going this route not to mention now you are stuck making multiple payments to various institutes to include the JMA fee. That is ridiculous, no one in their right mind would sign up for that.
The way JMA / EZ Funding makes it sound or presents their product is, at least to me, there would be one loan at a higher rate then you can refinance into a more traditional loan. They know exactly what they are doing and schemes they are pulling.
Also you cannot go online and find any testimonials or people who are satisfied with this service. But in the beginning when they first started you could. They know they are scamming and it's a matter of time before all this catches up.
So, after they receive your information they blast several creditors knowing all these hits will lower your score. Then what JMA / EZ Funding does is try and sell you on a credit restore product. In doing so they want to charge you $150 per hit per reporting agency. For example, they send your application to 3 companies; those three companies send your file to the 3 credit bureaus. JMA says we can dispute those for you at 150 a pop: 3+3+3=9 9*150= 1,350. They know this upfront but do not tell you until your already in the mix.
I believe this procedures need to be looked at by the state of Georgia.
