Jay-K Lumber

We had Jay k build the cabinets and counter top for our kitchen. Linda G was the project contact who handled the project specifics. When she asked what type of sink we wanted I gave her my choice. She said, "most people choose the opposite." Period. The counter top comes in with the chosen sinks however now the faucets don't line up properly and the plumbing is a nightmare because the sinks are the wrong ones for our plimbing. Instead of her advising us properly she never bothered to explain WHY most chose the opposite. We are now left with faulty, leaky plumbing and counter top with off kilter faucets. I have emailed Linda but have been ignored. I have emailed dkelly - president but have been ignored. Jay k has failed to provide informed advice. They have exploited people who have come to them for their alleged expertise only to provide shoddy service and no acknowledgement of the mess they have allowed to happen to us.
