Jay C[redacted] gave us excellent service. He came and gave us a quote, told us how he would move the furniture, how he would sand using a dustless sanding machine, clean up and gave us the option of a regular polyurethane finish or something called Bona Traffic which is a more durable finish. The Bona Traffic finish he explained did cost a bit more than a regular finish but since we have two dogs, we decided it was worth the extra cost. He came promptly the day we were scheduled, moved the furniture out of the rooms, taped off the rest of the house with heavy plastic to keep any dust at a minimum. He had explained that even a dustless sanding did leave a small amount of dust behind. After they sanded, they did an excellent job vacuuming up any dust left behind and over a period of four days had sanded and applied three coats of finish. They began on a Monday and the following Monday were back to put the carpets back down and move the furniture back in. They were very careful with our furniture and came each day promptly at the time stated. He had two very courteous employees helping him each day and they were all very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to install or refinish hardwood flooring.
