We have used JAW for many years. In the last few years, the service has been unreliable and unsatisfactory. This year, in spite of our request that the pool be opened by the end of May and our deposit payment of $397.90, we have still not seen hyde nor hair of John W[redacted] (JAW). Nor has he returned our phone calls or responded to our certified letter mailed to him on May 29, 2015.
