One thing they are very disrespectful and rude, I didnt ask for anything or fighting them aginst their right, they answerd in very rude way and disrespect, she has no right when I say my husband the only one working and we are 8 people in the house to ask me in mean way SO YOU ARE TELLING ME YOU HAVE 6 CHILDRENS?! like she want to say why you have all of this kids (this is not her business) and the reception asked me for complain # I made mistake and said I have it then I said oh no sorry its case # she had to answer well I did ask u for complain # and u said yes! wooooow she almost came out of the phone to slap me, they are very bad customer service people.
