Review: We contracted Javier to replace our fence. He stated he IS A LISCNSED CONTRACTOR, he didn't take the time to ask PG&E for a survey and broke a gas line. Now the gas company is charging us $1600 and Javier won't return his calls to us. He stated several times on the phone "I will take care of this it is my fault" but he didn't take care of it now we'll have to take him to court. Sad.Desired Settlement: Pay the gas company before it goes to collection.
