Mark, Tara Dora are irresponsible their homes shouldn't be for rent. They have so much issue is not safe to have a family living there. Theres a bunch of mold through the houses they rent out. On the property I rented the windows and behind my furniture were full of mold. My moving company couldn't take those furniture. It was so disgusting living there because every time it rain snails would be inside the house, all over. I couldn't wait until my moving company came and moved us out! And they will charge you for everything once you move out. Look carefully to the contract you signed... Look some where else for rental. They have change their company name and now I see why. A lot of people have same issue as I did. Java properties 1 is their current name. But the owners are Tara, Mark Dora. And they make it " easy" for you. We are Military Family they said we didnt have to search for electric company and all that they could it under their name but they will make such a hassles later on. Just be careful with this people
