On May 23/my next door neighbors had a tree cut down by this companyBecause of the size of the tree & the amount of it that hung over my roof, a few days before the neighbors brought me one of their cards showing that in case of any damage, they were insuredMy roof was replaced last year so is basically brand newOn Frithe 25th I went up on my roof to check for damage & found someOn Sunday the 27th the roofer came over to confirm what I was seeing as damageOn Monday the 28th I called the businessThe person on the card was not in & the receptionist told me someone would call me or the rooferNo one ever called so about a week & a half later I gave the # to the roofer & HE called the name on the card which was [redacted] [redacted]  told [redacted] ***r) that he was surprised there was any damage to the roof but his father had just passed & he would contact us when he got back into townHe never contacted either of usWe let qu
