I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Thank you for checking in. My mechanic connected with me, in the meantime and had expressed more pertinent information about dealing with older cars like mine since which helped me to put my frustrations to rest. I was more afraid he would be angrily working on my car and put quality to the side. I was also sure the Revdex.com had dropped my complaint since I hadn't responded within the first 5 days and I was completely ok with that, since [redacted] reached out to me with his reasons for waiting on his preferred tow truck drivers.

Business states that they are currently communicating  with the customer. They have been texting each other up until this past weekend. It is the business understanding that the pending issues have been addressed and consumer has been driving vehicle. Business has been more than willing to work...

with the customer throughout the process. Payment arrangements have been done to customer convenience and have been more than flexible.
