If I had to use one word to describe this business it would have to be "WOW" *** is AWESOME! If you are using ANY other Pool & Spa company in Omaha, you should stop immediately and do business here
My LONG story: We had contacted *** in *** about a replacement pump for an older model *** hot tub We had been a loyal customer there for between 3-years, hence the reason we reached out to them first After providing photos of the pump, housing and assembly, they indicated they'd contacted *** and had the pump and would be out to repair Their repairmen arrived, explained the "wet end" was incorrect, they'd have to re-plumb or come back When asked if there would be an additional service call, the repairmen said "No" However, that wasn't the case, and after already racking up $*** in a service call (plus $*** for the pump), they wanted to charge us again for a second trip (making the total repair over $*** minimum) Expressing my anger and disappointment, they offered to split the second service call, at that point, we'd had enough >>>> ENTER ***'s Pool & Spa *** >> I sent pictures to ***, he ordered a BRAND NEW pump with the correct "wet end" with a year warranty, he installed the pump, for a TOTAL cost of UNDER $***The CUSTOMER service we received and experience was so outstanding, he didn't even surcharge for *** for a service callThis is the only place we'll do business, we hope you make the same decision AAA+

Jason's Pool and Spa is an excellent example of a local business with exceptional customer serviceThey were prompt and very reasonable! I highly recommend Jason's Pool and Spa service! We will continue to use them in the future!

I have gone out of my way to find a place to recommend this company and give a thumbs up I have called them several times and always very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and reasonably priced unlike some other local *** companies that either don't want to help you if you did not buy the original product from them or want to charge you $200-$to come out They always listen to your question and even give some suggestions if there is something you might be able to try first Not to many companies out there in this industry or many other for that matter Great job guys
