Review: I have had all state rental insurance for 10 years , and was told if anything happens to my home it is fully covered but the tenants personal belonging are not , which I under stood that , now just last month on july 8,2015 I had a freak accident the water line that feeds the refrigerator line broke and water was leaking , it had not leaked for more than a day when I found it , my new renter was going to be moving in on the 9th and I went to turn the air on for them when I found it. Now, I only live 1 house way from my rental, when I called my insurance company ,they sent out a restoration crew. to take care of the 4 gallons of water that was there, then I was told by the insurance adjuster ,that I did not have good rental insurance, and that there is a deprecation of the carpet and floor which I was never told that, since I have been insured.

Then, I called my insurance company , and spoke to the adjuster, to complain about the people that came out for the water damage.that she had sent .

Next , I call the company she sent out to see when they would be coming back .to repair the damage they had done , and to finish the house, which we had previously agreed on early in the day .

I was then informed by that company, they had just spoken to the adjustor and they said they would not be coming , because of what the adjustor has said to them.

The ADJUSTOR , had called them and told THEM that my husband was very abusive verbally , and that in her opinion ,they should make sure that they document any thing they do and advised her of any problems , I have her voice message that she had left me on my cell, stating this fact.

In my opinion she has caused defamation of character toward us. this is the reason why they refuse to come and complete the job. this will cost us more money than the check she sent us because now we have to get with a whole new company they want more money , and any adjuster is not covering any more money
