I am a paying subscriber to the service provided through www.freecommentscript.com (a website run by Jason Anderson Technology). The commentscript service allows users to my website to post comments, and these comments serve as a key foundation to the establishment and reputation of my website, as well as a key contact method for potential clients to reach me. However, as of approximately December 22nd, no comments are loading on my website. Nor do "demo" comments load on the www.freecommentscript.com website. NOR do any of the historical comments even appear in my account when I log in. It is as if no comments ever existed!!!! This is extremely damaging to me for both personal and business reasons, especially this week. Time is very much of the essence on this!! I have reached out to both [redacted]@freecommentscript.com as well as [redacted]@freecommentscript.com three times over the past week, but I have not received a single reply back. There is no update on their website saying their service is down, and there has been no response to my inquiries, even though I am a paying subscriber and the most recent payment for their service was deducted around December 17th. I'd have preferred not to go this route, but as they have not so much as responded to any of my emails, and because time is of the essence, I have decided to use Revdex.com to hopefully get somewhere with this.Desired SettlementI would like to have their service restored ASAP so that the comments which belong to my site re-appear. If they are no longer continuing to provide their service, then I'd like (a) access to the comments shown in my account so that I may be able to retrieve them and archive them elsewhere, and (b) refund of my december payment. The refund is less important to me than having access to the comments that people have posted to my site using their service. At this point, assuming his service continues without issue, there is no need to further pursue this case. It may be considered resolved. Thank you again!
