Jas Mann Roofing and Waterprrofing

Jas Mann roofing installed our roof coming 2 years ago. When they did so they installed a new skylight. This past winter we noticed that our heating bill was very high. In April it was a windy day when we observed debris coming inside from the skylight. We could tell there was a fair sized leak. We contacted Manjit and after a couple weeks he looked at it. He said that the skylight was incorrectly installed and he would have to return with the proper flashing to raise the skylight and correct it. We didn't hear from him again so we called after a couple of weeks and he advised that he would attend at the end of the week. He didn't attend so we contacted and he said that he would be here the following week. He didn't attend so we left messages with him that he didn't return. We did contact him again and he said he would be here the end of the week for sure to repair this. He didn't show up again and this is almost 3 months that we have been waiting for the repair.
