Jared's Ring Shop

I contacted Jared via his company *** page, via messenger, prior to ordering, to confirm that if I paid for the rush lead time, I would receive my rings within 3-4 weeks, and confirmed that he would contact me prior to customizing the rings. Four weeks came and went, and Jared refused to respond to e-mails, posts I made to his company page, or messages I sent to his company *** page. His chat function on his webpage was always unavailable. I even asked him to just cancel the order and refund my money, since obviously he wasn't going to complete the order. He said at that time, four weeks after I ordered the two rings, that the order was 60% done, and he would not refund my money. Two weeks after that email, Jared sent me a tracking number, which never even showed the rings had shipped. He refused to respond to numerous more emails and messages. I finally opened a dispute with my bank, 7 weeks after I ordered the rings. I received no more contact from Jared, until I received an updated tracking email, that the rings were shipped 9 weeks after I ordered them. Now, 6 months AFTER ordering the rings, Jared starts sending me new bills!
I do NOT recommend this seller, as he makes promises, you sign a contract, he breaks the contract, provides crappy rings (they aren't round, aren't sealed all the way, have dips in the finish, aren't sanded completely, and weren't how I requested them to be), and it's not worth the stress, money, or hassle.
