What should of been a wonderful experience has now turned into a unwanted headachePurchased my engagement ring, picked it up to realize that it was set lopsidedAll someone had to do was check it before handing it to me and it could of been avoidedNow after returning the ring, had to wait days for a refund, and it's a check so I now have to deposit that check, since it's a high amount there's an additional hold on that check from my bankSo instead of purposing during the holidays, I've gone from waiting a week to get my ring, it being set wrong to wait another week to get my refund to wait another week to have the funds to purchase a new ringWhich will likely take another week to set after I spend more time looking for the right stoneAnd all this could of been avoided if someone took the time to just look at the ring before it was handed to meI would never go there again
