Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I disagree with ***. She has not contacted me. Also, *** (*** at the Sunuco) admitted that the same problem happened to his own vehicle after obtaining fuel the same day. Also, *** admitted to me that the problem occurred to others, not just myself. There definitely was a problem with the fuel I received at that Sunoco station that day (2/**) which cost me money to fix my vehicle and cost me money to rent a car since I happened to be on vacation at that time.

Review: I was traveling from NJ to Vermont on vacation 2/[redacted]/2014 and purchased contaminated gas at [redacted]. My receipt says [redacted]. I contacted the gas station and [redacted]at ###-###-#### admitted there was a problem that day with the fuel and told me to contact the owner's business and told me to call [redacted] at business phone ###-###-####. I have repeatedly left messages with [redacted] and have not received a call back. On 2/**/2014 after purchasing the gas, my truck check engine light came on and it did not run properly. We had to get it to a Chrysler dealer since it is a rather new vehicle (2012 Dodge Ram). I was on vacation and the diagnosis was contaminated fuel. They had to remove the gas tank, drain fuel lines, clean it, reinstall it and add dry gas. The total dealer repair bill is $345.67. It was repaired at [redacted]Chrysler in Vermont. I also had to obtain a rental car since we were on vacation and that bill was $176.58. The fuel was $46.99.Desired Settlement: I feel this business owes me the cost of my repair bill, the gasoline fee and the cost of my rental car since this entire ordeal ruined my vacation. The [redacted] at the gas station was aware this happened to multiple people and [redacted] has not called him back for 2 weeks. She also has not returned my repeated phone calls. [redacted] at the service station says he has repeatedly faxed my receipts to [redacted] S.
