Horrible customer service! Moving is a timely and stressful job; your moving company must be reliable. Japet is not reliable at all! I understand it was the Saturday before Easter, but if you didn't want to do the job then don't book it. The first excuse was someone called in sick then someone had an injured back. Let's do this on Monday. No! We have a time frame just as anyone when moving; closings and other homeowners moving all dictate when a move can be made. They never came to help us move; luckily we have wonderful family and friends who are reliable and we got the job done. We should have hired [redacted].
