We contracted this service for our building's cleaning service. According to our contract, we will pay each month of the service within 15 days after the month ends. However, the business owner *** regularly sent out billing statement a week before the end of the month and repeatedly after that in a harassing manner. I received 4 of her billing statement today (2/28/2020) for the service of February 2020 which is not ended yet. I sent her Email to request her stop her practice and yet I received another billing statement tonight (2/28/2020) after I sent her the Email complaint. Her behavior of billing practice is extremely rude, disturbing, harassing and unprofessional.
