I bought a condo from [redacted], the owner of Jans Land Development LLC in June 2012. As stipulated in the contract, it was under a one year warranty for any defects from construction. On approximately the second day after I moved in I notified [redacted] that our front door was hung improperly. He came himself in the spring of 2014 to try and fix it himself but only succeeded in damaging the door. He then sent other contractors to fix the alignment of the door, which was accomplished. However, he also promised to replace the door he damaged but has failed to do so and has also failed to reply to numerous attempts to contact him. Translate
