I am currently out of country so that it took me more time to response it. The company response is not true. Build a retainer wall and stain deck was in the original contract. Build a shower door was also from the agreement. The railing of the deck was already falling apart, and the patio floor was never completed. He has to repair the railing and finish the patio floor. Then he has to complete the remaining jobs from the contract and agreement.
