At this time, I have been contacted directly by Jang Health Group regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Actually My bank has been talking to them and the charges listed in the above complaint were returned to my account. However at the time I...
filed the complaint, I was not aware (until received bank statement) that there were 4 other charges from this company in March. I contacted my bank again and they are working on getting those charges returned to my account. Have not heard anything positive concerning the 2nd dispute from National Bank as yet. I still do not find this company to be trustworthy. I guess I checked the wrong box and couldn't undo it. Should have checked no direct response, as my bank is one who has contacted them. I have not personally heard from the company directly.
