Enrolled online and cancelled immediately. Center would not issue refund.I signed my son up for ACT tutoring and within a matter of minutes, realized that there was a conflict. I called the center and checked my credit card account. The transaction was pending, so I called the center to get them to cancel the transaction. They would not and said they are inforcing their no refund policy. I explained that this was just done and that the payment had not been processed. The class was 3 weeks away and this was not a last minute cancellation.Desired SettlementA refund of $285.00 spent for a service that I am not able to receive.
