This is very sad this company would create this complaintThis customer canceled services with us outside of the terms of their contractThe owner claimed he wanted to cancel in order to hire a small (mom & pop) type of company, which would also provide them a monthly savingsOur
contract clearly states a customer can cancel only for unresolved issues, which we did not have at this locationI have attached supporting documents which includes the contract the customer signed and also the rating the customer gave us in regards to our services which includes the customers signatureYou will notice the customer has never rated us below a on a scale of 1-with being the highest rating. Due to the fact the customer canceled outside of the terms of our contract, we sent them to collections and in anger they responded with this complaint to tarnish our name. We clean over customer in San Antonio and retain over 99% of our customersWe have not been so successful by doing unethical bad businessWe take pride in going beyond our customers expectations. I hope and pray is this resolved honestly and fair. Thank you!
