Unfortunately, we have used Jan Pro for years and they simply do a terrible job We have caught them stealing and in the last months they have simply missed times So our company is disgusting on Monday's We have told them numerous times that management needs to come out and start reviewing the work since they are not doing what is in the contract We have figured it out is is basically a scam, these are franchises and they hire people as 1099's and pay them nothing, hence it is impossible to clean this place in hours, we have video when they are leaving after an hour Our people cannot work in filth We fired them for non-performance and now they want to charge us for the rest of the year to get out of a bogus contract We will see them in court We simply got too busy and should have fired them years ago

They are great we have had them for years and although no company or person is perfect they fixed the issue IMMEDIATELYI will never leave them Thank you so much

On Tues 01/30/2018, I called at 9:55a to make an appointment to have our office building lower level cleaned We had done some renovations and needed it cleaned for our tenant I spoke to Tamara for minsand secs., who I arrange to have the building cleaned on Saturday 02/03/at 2pm I even called back at 10:am, to be certain that they would be able to supply multiple teams, to shorten the duration of cleaningI gave her my company, address and information to contact me, as well as my cell number should there be problems to get a hold of me
On Saturday at 2pm no one showed, on Saturday at 2:40p I receive a call from ###-###-#### I do not recall the gentleman's name, telling me they were with cleaning and they were on their way But they were actually a sub contractor and were just there to give a quote and did not have a cleaning team or two with them today, but could possibly arrange for one the following day
