Complaint[redacted] reroofed my house in 2010. Ever since he did that job, tiles have been falling off periodically. At first he responded to my requests for assistance. The time before my current issue, he took over 2 months to send someone out. This time, I have been calling him every day for over a month. There appears to be a leak in my roof, and he will not respond. His cell phone is not answered, and there is no room to leave a message because the mailbox is full.
