Entered into a contract with James Russell Roofing & Rest. on May 14, 2020 with an agreement that the work would be completed on or before May 22,2020
My wife and I contacted our Insurance Co. regarding some water damage at our home. They referred James Russell Roofing & Restoration LLC. Chris S of the company came out to look at the damage and said he would send us an estimate. After receiving the estimate we agreed to have them do the work. A contract was signed on May 14, 2020 and we were told that we were on the schedule for the following Tuesday (May 19, 2020). When we didn't hear from anyone on Tuesday we called Mr. S the following day (May 20, 2020) to inquire about the start date. We were told that his crew was finishing up on another job and that he would check with them and get back with us to let us know when they would start the job. To this date, (May 30, 2020) we have not heard from Mr. S or anyone else at James Russell Roofing & Restorations. In the contract we agreed to pay the full amount upon completion of the work. Since no work was done and no money was exchanged and since it is well beyond the completion date we consider this contract "NULL AND VOID" based on Poor Customer Service, Unprofessionalism & Breach of Contract

The service James Russell Roofing provided during this process exceeded all my expectations and the quality of work is beyond measure. The roofing process was turnkey and my roof looks better than amazing. To top it off... we got a 15 year warranty including labor and material.
