Review: purchased a D105 lawn tractor from JRE of [redacted] on 16 feb 2016 with a contract (paid) for maintenance. 1. break in oil change (10hrs) come to my house and provide contract maintenance,at a cost of 99.00 dollars. 1 year 50 hr come to my house maintenance for 199.00, 2nd year also for the same amount. I have 13hrs on machine and have called these people 3 times for the scheduled maintenance over a 30 day term with absolutely no results.Desired Settlement: I wish to severer all ties with this business as a result of their refusual to follow through on there contract. 1, if possible take the machine back and refund total amount(1400.00). 2. I keep the ragged machine and they refund my maintenance money total 500.00. 3. Immediately bring their maintenance vehicle out to my home and fullfill their obligation. I prefer number one

I’m sending this resolution in reference to Mr. [redacted] complaint about his D105 Lawn Mower at home service. I have spoken with Mr. [redacted] this day 7-19-16 @ 830 AM. We have completed his service and returned his mower today. We had originally offered to pick up the mower as our Service truck had a major engine frailer however Mr. [redacted] declined to allow us to pick up originally. We appreciate the opportunity to satisfy Mr. [redacted]. Please see attached for reference, Copy of Complaint and Completed work order for service & delivery. I have assured him that we have a new truck that will be here any day and hope to not be in this situation in the future
